1. Data controller
Who is responsible for this policy
My Calendar is published and operated by the developer or publisher responsible for the My Calendar product. If you have questions about who controls data for this product, contact developer@mobicode.pro. Additional corporate or address information may be provided in product materials or support communication where applicable.
2. Data we collect
Categories of information we may process
Depending on how you use My Calendar, we may collect or receive the following categories of information:
Support and contact data, such as your email address, the contents of your message, and attachments you send when you contact support.
Technical and usage data, such as app version, device or browser details, crash or diagnostic signals, and interaction events needed for analytics, troubleshooting, app quality, or service stability.
Subscription and transaction-related data, such as subscription status, product identifiers, store receipts, purchase state, or billing-related metadata made available by app distribution platforms. We do not receive your full bank card details from app stores.
Advertising and analytics-related identifiers, such as device-level advertising identifiers, pseudonymous identifiers, cookie-like technologies, and event data used for analytics, ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and campaign effectiveness where those features are enabled.
3. How we use data
Why we process information
We may process information to operate the app, maintain core features, provide subscription functionality, respond to support requests, monitor performance, understand product usage, improve reliability, deliver or measure advertising where used, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.
4. Legal bases
Why processing may be lawful
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we may rely on one or more of the following: your consent, performance of a contract or provision of requested services, legitimate interests in operating and securing the product, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Data retention
How long data may be kept
Support messages may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support history, and address follow-up issues.
Technical logs, analytics events, and diagnostics may be retained for the period needed to monitor stability, prevent abuse, and improve performance, subject to provider retention settings where third-party services are used.
Subscription-related records may be kept for service continuity, entitlement validation, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
When data is no longer needed, we aim to delete it, anonymize it, or restrict further use to the extent reasonably possible.
6. Third-party services
Analytics, advertising, subscriptions, and platforms
My Calendar may use third-party services to distribute the app, process subscriptions, measure usage, and support advertising and analytics functions.
This website currently uses Yandex.Metrika to understand traffic and on-site behavior. App stores such as the App Store, Google Play, and RuStore may independently process purchase, installation, update, and device-related data under their own policies.
If advertising is enabled in the app, advertising networks or mediation providers may process identifiers, impression data, click events, and contextual signals to deliver, measure, or limit advertising.
If analytics is enabled in the app or website, analytics providers may process technical and event-level data to help us understand product usage and improve the service.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy terms. We recommend reviewing those documents in addition to this policy.
7. International transfers
Where data may be processed
Depending on the providers used, data may be processed in countries other than your own. When that happens, we aim to rely on reasonable contractual, organizational, or platform-level safeguards where applicable.
8. Security measures
How we protect information
We aim to use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access limitation, encrypted connections where applicable, provider-level protections, and internal efforts to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
No online system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to legitimate security issues in good faith.
9. Your rights
Requests you may be able to make
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of data, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis, and a copy of certain data in a portable format where applicable.
You may also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority. To submit a request, contact developer@mobicode.pro. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children's privacy
Use by children
My Calendar is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children where parental consent is required by law. If you believe a child provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us so we can review and address the issue.
11. Policy updates
How changes are published
We may update this Privacy Policy when product features, analytics, advertising practices, subscription features, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
If you continue using My Calendar after an updated policy becomes effective, that continued use means you accept the revised version to the extent permitted by applicable law.
